    Cool

Ebay is the easiest way, but if cheap is more important, then check video game stores.
If you're in Canada, try EBGames. Wipeout 3 is the easiest wipeout to find locally, I think.

Every game store has a different collection of used PS1 games. Some of them have few/none, others have lots. Open your phonebook, flip to Video Games in the yellow pages, and start calling and asking. You'll find what you're looking for within a half hour I'd bet. 8 )

Amazon should always have plenty of people selling it second hand.

you should easilly be able to find a copy of Wipeout 3. Even back in like 2001 I saw it advertised on amazon for like five bucks.

and if you have a PS2, theres no reason to track down a PS1... but ps1s are easy enough to find as well

Picked it up yesterday, it's much better than wipeout 1 IMO. The only thing that kills me is the difficulty! It's very hard on the faster speed classes.

Have a question too? What does "forcewall" do on this game?

it gives you the ability to throw ahead of you and for a short time, a 'wall' : you can cross it but not your opponents : the wall doesn't cover all the width of the track but enough when track is narrow to stop immediately your opponents. I am sure you can find videos through YT or dailymotion.
