Slight display stuttering in fury menus?

Hello all together,

I installed WipeOut HD Fury from a blueray disc and not from the store! There is a HD and a fury menu available! In the fury menu I always explore a slight display stuttering and also a graphic failure at the disc loading symbols in the upper right corner? Is this normal? Is it possible to get the actual patch for this game or have I absolutely to register to sony?

The latest patch is available for the disc version. It is 2.51.

Thank you for helping me multibodydynamics :-) The menu looks like your video! Everywhere in the fury menu you see a loading disc in the upper right corner and the graphic error shows suddenly two for a moment! (I swear without something drunken :-) )

How can I see which patch is already applied to the game?
Where can I get the patch 2.5.1?

If you're connected to the PSN it should auto update. Do you see anything like this in any other games?

No I have not seen anything like this in other games!
I thought it was a graphic issue and that everyone else has explored it till yet. In few days I will buy a PS3 super slim! I will see if the issue still exist!
