Another bogus time

Assegai pilot1 on manor top vector lap time has a bogus time. 32.61 while being an achievable time I think with an icarus is certainly not with an assegai. Also, no times on wo3se have odd numbered endings, and he has a few of them in the manor top tables, so could this please be deleted. I was trying for this time for a while and started to get close and realized it was an odd number and not even legit :evil: THis might be an ntsc time but I doubt it, and isn't he supposed to use his real name?

This guy was a member from before I took over, so the chances are it's an NTSC version time. The only reason I haven't asked him to use his real name is because it was me who enforced that rule and he was a member from before I was in charge.

I'll get it fixed as soon as I can.
