SE on PC Questions

Hello to all, I was just thinking, since I am unfortunate enough to live in North America, and have no way to play WO3SE, I was wondering if there is a setting on a PS1 emulator that let you switch to PAL version so you can play PAL PS1 games such as SE on a North American PC. If you have any information on this, please kindly let me know! :)

Emulators aren't region locked, all you'd need is a PAL BIOS. However, it's something you'd have to source on your own, where to find one is not a topic for discussion here.

There is a topic further down talking about ideal settings for ePSXe when running 3SE, check there when you get it running.

Alright, thanks for the response, I'll look into getting it (cause I want to play those remastered tracks SOOOO BAD!!)
