I can't wait for this game, it's one of the reason's I'm getting a PS4.

It's playable at E3 as well, looking forward to seeing more footage of it in action!

Will be interesting to see the sim/arcade balance, could make or break it for me.

Judging by the comments coming in from E3, it sounds like it's much more geared towards arcade

That's not a good sign. From what it looks like right now, seems similar to any recent NFS project, which have all been pretty appalling in my opinion. A very understeery driving model with a cheap tacky drift mechanic thrown in so that you can actually navigate some corners without ploughing into the outside wall.
