Daniel Chang death

Whilst looking through some websites on Wipeout's in-game universe (for Wipeout Central), I came across a point (specifically, from wipeout 3) where the first wipeout "elimination" was an incident during the 2056 F3600 season which cost the life of AG Systems' second pilot, Daniel Chang.

I added this to the wiki, but then i found someone specifically mentioning "Silverstream" as the location for this disaster.

Does anyone have some solid information about the details of this incident (or if it was actually stated in any of the Wipeout backstory)?

Really? Was it actually in one of the game manuals? I didn't know that. Poor Daniel Chang. Always second best...to Dekka when I play :)

I didn't know that thing occurred to Chang, i don't remember reading it from the manuals, and i am a complete nerd in terms of WipEout universe. Maybe in WO3SE manual tells something about it? I have the game since the last year, but i didn't read it supposing it is the same as W3O one.
I'll read it, and i'll post if i find something, but i don't know anything about it.
