Near icon has disappear

Hi.
I have just noticed that near icon after finising speed events has disappear on my Vita.
I can't send any of near events for my friends.

After speed event finish there are only 3 icons now (photo mode, restart, close).
Don't know what may happend.

If somebody got the same problem ?

It happens when you are disconnected from PSN, eg after a standby.
