Are the downloads for Pulse still available for PSP? If so, where might I get them? I'm in the US.

They're only available on the European/UK (or Australian, maybe one or two others) PS Store. You'd have to use a European account, get funds into it (easiest way is to get a Euro/UK PSN card from ebay, though I've read that certain credit cards work), and buy them. They're locked to PSN accounts, so there's no other way. ;)

A shame it's such a hassle for US players to get them, as the tracks/ships in the packs are great.
