Total Game loss.... twice!!

Ok, hi all, i havnt been on here in a very long time. Basically i want to ask, is there any way of getting a game save to work on ps3? I had all tracks compleated in elite etc etc... twice, and both ps3 red lighted on me and i really cudnt be bothered to go through it all again!

Try to back up your save data on a USB Device (Pen drive)

Or else,don't exit the game while it's saving or loading something,it will most likely corrupt your game save ;)
