I just saw this post about Sony's pricing of VITA games, seems they are going to be the same as PS3 games.

Also Sony has confirmed the Vita's battery life will be a max of 5 hours.

Game price isn't a massive issue for me to be honest, as I'm unlikely to buy more than one game anyway :lol

this update explains the vita pricing: "Currently a PS3 game in Japan costs $90 and a PSP game costs $65. Based on the pricing of PS Vita games in Japan, cost of PS Vita games will be the same as those of PSP games." (http://n4g.com/news/863167/first-playstation-vita-games-priced)

looks like they'll cost the same as psp games (probably a bit more) and downloadable versions will be 20% cheaper :D (about £10 less)

See that's much more credible. It would indeed be business suicide if all games were 60$ or 70$.

Really? Because I could say pricing console games at $60 a remake is pretty suicide too, but they seem to be pulling through just fine.

With mobile games often being cheaper than a lunch at some fast food place, 60$ and 70$ games is way too high for too many people. Especially in times such as these.
