Playstation Network

Is the network down now? I tested my connection, the ip address is obtained, the internet connection succeeded, but he ps network failed, and I cannot get on. It gives me a dns error, and says, An error occurred during communication with the server. then it gives me a dns error. I had no issues with this before, and have changed nothing. Finally get a day off to play and this happens. bs to say the least

I have the same dns error atm:frown:, which kicked me out of a nice wohd phantom metropia run:brickwall
I guess its due to the store update with special e3-content, in 2-3 hours everything should be fine i hope!

thanks, I got on shortly thereafter. So whenever I get that message, should I assume they are screwing with the network?

Same problem for my PS3, but it happened on Tuesday.
