What's probably the best quality to download? there are multiple high-bitrate formats to choose from but Im not familiar with the nuances of each

the mp3s are about as high quality as they come. the ACC and flac are "lossless" meaning the maximum quality possible. flac are smaller than acc but not many progs can play flac. generally i cant tell the difference between lossless and mp3s so you would probably be best served with those for size and compatability.

Get FLAC, then you can always convert it to a 320kbps mp3, this is what I did:
using flac in winamp on the pc, and winamp converted them to mp3s that I can
use in my phone.

sagely advice... either that or I'm just oblivious :P I have a standard encoding string I use in LAME which satisfies my ear for quality and OCD for filesize, so I can convert them to WAV and then encode myself. I'll backup the FLAC archives on a DVD though.

I bought Melt, Android Child, Moon Bounce and Gravity Crash - I did pay a little more than a pound for each but no more than I was willing and able to spend. I chose not to get HD and Tik Tak, because as I recall those are normally on the cheaper/less expensive side anyway so if I want more cold storage in the future it won't be that much - smart buying. ;)

if he didnt want to sell his stuff on the cheap, he wouldnt of had the sale. besides, making a little less cash on your album sales is better than making no sales at all ;D

grab both Gravity Crash albums, the two arranged tracks are good companions to the full soundtrack he released
