I liked it till I read this:

1.5-liter 3-cylinder turbodiesel

FML

And my normal PETROL car does better mileage than that... :P

That is a nice Bemmer, i gotta say this decades of cars designed from BMW are beyond all levels of disgusting. But i can guess the Germans can get away with it, since some of the best Engines in the world are BMW engines. Like the 3.0liter Inline 6 Twin Turbo used in the Series1 135i Sport and the 3 Series, also there 4.0 V8 and 5.0 V10 engines used in the M3 and the M5 are brilliantly constructed engines. Just he external designs are foul. Especially the 1Series, (you know that Yeldar). But this one looks pretty sweet.

Yeldar this BMW would have heaps more mass than your Toyota/Citreon-Peugot car. Would explain the economy difference. This BMW would be good for stop go traffic since the electric motors in the axel would be doing all of the effort. Thing is with Electric motors they hit maximum torque from the start of the engine, unlike a standard combustion engine that takes up to 1500 to 4500 to hit its torque surge. But Impressive stuff from BMW there for sure.

You should be happy with that kind of economy there Yelder. My ride is getting at absolute minimum of 12liters/100kms. Then again we dont have stupid toles and congestion charges taxes here along with extremely high petrol prices like the UK.

Interesting design. Derivative of much older body designs, but interesting is better than non-interesting. :D I'd rather see this one in one colour without the high contrast of the black areas against the white.
