SCORE: Get rid of the Ticker- 3.0

Compliments of GamerM.
Go to Date/Time Settings>Set Manually.
Set the YEAR to 2010.
Accept the setting (X Button).
Press the PS Button.
Turn Off System.
Restart System.
No more stupid ticker telling you redundant information over and over and over again.
I hope this helps some people out.

Trust me, when you've had "Check out the Guitar Hero songs on the store" scroll 53234 times, you've had enough. ;)
Still wish they'd give you an official turn off feature.
