Where's my Campaign Legend Trophy???

I've got gold medals in ALL the cells on the Wipeout HD campaign but still no Campaign Legend trophy. What's going on there?
I've checked and double checked and all my awards are either gold (novice) or bronze/silver/gold on Skilled or Elite difficulty.

Do I need to get gold in arcade mode as well in order to get this trophy? Am I missing something here?

Am I also right in thinking I get the campaign skin once this is complete?

each grid has to be gold regardless of difficulty setting. a silver on skilled isnt a gold on novice if you get me.:)

Yes you'll get silver ships when you do this :)

For Campaign Legend, every cell has to be gold. Doesn't matter what the difficulity setting is.
For Elite Campaign Legend, every cell has to be gold like before, but Single races and touranments have to done on Elite A.I.
