What I found interesting about the video shown at E3 was the damage on the rally car, yet no damage seen on the cars in the other disciplines.

Which leads me to believe that the only place we'll see damage modelling is in the rally mode, which is why they didn't say anything about that at E3. It would stand to reason, actually, since in rally stages there'd be only one car to draw, which would enable them to keep the high levels of detail in the game but introduce damage modelling.

Of course, that could just be me being sceptical, with my opinion being coloured by 'Prologue, which I found to be really dry and soulless. I imagine the full game will be great when played with a wheel.

glad my favorite carpg is finally going to be released (as far as im concerned prologue doesnt count) its a shame it will get average reviews and sales becuase it wont have damage modelling and thats like "totally not realisitc bro"

I actually like no car damage. I get enough reality in reality. :D
