NEW split screen option

Hey, great that SL put in split screen one-on one. It runs better now, not 60fps, but certainly good enough to have fun with if you have a freind over. Great addition to the game.

Yes, that is cool. I also feel that performance on splitscreen even with AI has been improved a little. Which is good :) Hidden updates ftw.

There's now a 1-on-1 option for split screen that runs faster than what we've been used to, and apparently there is a tiny frame rate boost for a regular split screen race with AI.

^What he said. Although for the last bit about the AI it's probably just me, but I found it was running a little better than what I remembered from it and that the physics were closer to the single player experience.

However I've got one question for the split screen gurus:
Are you able to get the turbo start? If so, how do you achieve it?
