It's the one that isn't futuristic, the one that says "SCREEN APPROVED" for example on the ship select screens.

I tried that font, I can't get it to do the bold effect that it has in WO3.

Then it's one of these Helvetica (http://www.linotype.com/de/526/helvetica-schriftfamilie.html?viewmode=family&id=526&name=helvetica&subviewmode=&lang=de) alternatives.

Or, alternatively, one of the Helvetica Neue family.
