Very VERY short clip, I don't even know if anything is different from the final game; I just remember recording this, along with the rest of whatever show it was, back in the day.

There might be more on the tape but I dont have the patience to fast forward and rewind through it to check right now

All the negative comments aside, I loved playing Fusion and thanks to seeing that short clip I might have to get a cheap PS2 to try it again...

Here's a fun fact - pretty much every WipEout developed at Studio Liverpool was called WipEout X at some point - it's a pre-production thing, although with WipEout Pulse it was called WipEout X for a lot longer than most. The exception to this is WipEout HD - it was pretty clear what that would be called from the outset.

I believe that Fusion footage is from the first iteration of the game that was developed on PC before the PS2 dev kits arrived. As you can see it changed a lot later on. :)

After seeing that short video - and a few others of Fusion - I'm gonna spend today reliving old moments on the PS2 with fusion all over again...

Fusion was a great game...

Man what I wouldn't do to see a PC version of Wipeout again (even if it meant SCEE selling SL to another publisher). I'd have to trade in this Mac however.
