Online glitch?

I'm not entirely sure what happened here, but maybe someone else can explain it to me:

On my end, I finished first and part of the results screen agrees with that. The times, however... not so much.

You finished with .11 seconds of difference, with ping and latency taken into account glitches like that are bound to happen. Sometimes the game will make the correct decision and reorder using the total race times, however some times it doesn't. In your case it did, which is 'alright'.
