He was clearly in bad shape, as I remember reading a month or so ago that he'd "gone home to die" after doctors said there was nothing more they could do for him.

He had a more rewarding life than most people, and he used part of his good fortune to do something for others. He'll be missed.

The only man who is a true legend in both motorsport and hollywood, will be truly missed. Surely now, they should name corners on racetracks across the US after him, maybe a track itself, he certainly would deserve it.
