Hey all...
It's time I require the assistance of all you tech heads on these forums...because I don't know where to turn to...
I'm trying to source some dimensions and pricing of parts for this product I'm designing for final year...it's pretty much an e-book-ish module...but for musicians...and then there's another product to complement this...
However, for the ebook bit...I'm trying to find suppliers or even manufacturers of some parts...
E-Paper modules (either OLED or electrophoretic)
10"-12" TFT LCD modules with a thickness of no more than 5mm
or just a simple 12" OLED module...
I can't find anything on www.alibaba.com or www.globalsources.com so those avenues are pretty much tapped...been up since 6.00am trying to sort this out...:(
HELP!!! if any of you can...I've found some options...but the thickness is about 6mm...and for me...every mm counts because I'm trying to make this as thin as possible...
If anyone has any info on what the Macbook Air has for a display, and how much it is or if you know of sites that disassemble products...please...do share...
