Ok, I'm SURE somebody has posted this before, given the extreme AG geekdom that exists here at WOZ, but heck if I can find any signs of it. Anyway:

They even used the Mason song from Wipeout Pulse!

It indeed showed up on these boards before (http://www.wipeoutzone.com/forum/showthread.php?p=89279#post89279), but under a different name. It's unmistakeably the same thing though. If this thing doesn't cost way too much, I will definitely get me one. Haven't had an RC since I was 12, so it's about time! ;)

yep I changed the name of it because there was a company called echo rc.
if you guys have any questions about it just let me know.

Is that basically a hovercraft with a different body?

yes and no - its similar to a hovercraft how it uses fans, but doesn't have the blowup rubbert skirt on the bottom. Just uses an airpocket with a rubbery foam. This reduces drag and allows the body to cover more of it. Otherwise hitting 50mph would be pretty hard!

Hehheh! That's a cool video, I love how it goes around "tracks". And especially how it mows over that poor little weed. Where's the hovering lawn mower when you need it?

Very cool gadget :)

I noticed the "spinning" in the video-- how is that achieved? Are there side blowers that enable it to hover and spin at the same time?

And the price total for this is anticipated to be $275 USD with shipping?

There is a company called Axon but it's in the Unreal Tournament game xD

As I said last time this is very cool, I like it a lot. But due to the fact that I cannot order online I may not even have the possibility to get one. :brickwall

DarkDrium you could send a money order if you are in desperate need of a hovercraft :pizza

The spinning is done via the rudder. Really easy.
Drifting sideways is easy too...

people will be racing these - at night, and it will look like a wipeout game come to life - except without the missiles...

Man those flying hovercrafts with wings (Quick YT search reveals that they are called Hoverwings) are really awesome (Even more than what's at the end, which is a WIG craft)! When do we build the racetrack? :g
