One of the things I loved about Pure was the concept art that was unlocked. Pulse doesn't have this feature but has any concept art been shown or released? Or anyone know any plans to release any?
Actually, I'd love to see a WO art book released at some point. Egg must have a bunch of sketches he'd like to show off!
So anyone know of any Pulse concept art?

I was at Studio Liverpool, and I forgot to ask Egg about their arts but, my problems is I don`t understand of what they are saying due my hearing difficulties but, really, I`m gutted I didn`t see them and I would love to see it.:frown:
I presumed our guys would like to see them.

WO art book? I'd love to see it! Some of the concept art from pure are really inspiring, to have them printed would be great! (with tutorials! :P)

Art would be so cool. I remember when i used to watch all the art i had unlocked on pure.
Unfortunately i don't know where to find concept art of Pulse. Maybe its too early. People will make site with it, that i'm sure.

I have spoken to the main art man about this today and there's a chance we could bring a gallery of WipEout concept art onto WipEout-Game.com.
A book would indeed be ace, but for now that's the best I can do. :)

Thanks Foxy! Getting a gallery up on the website would do nicely! I really appreciate you bringing it up.

I must agree,
some of Pure's work was absolutely sensational, especially the pictures of unreal tracks
(unreal, is that a word???)

I love concept art; can a person without a PSP or an account with Sony view the art on the website if and when it's posted?

If we can get it done then it'll be on an open part of the website, so yeah.

The art just has to be downloadable to save on the PSP to make it easier to view anywhere, any time.
Plus I can use it as a background wallpaper too!

I too absolutely love the art! It transports me there, into that time. I's love it, thanks for the effort thus far!

i love seeing the concept art for games and i never have any problems doling out the addition ten dollars for the collectors editions of games, with the recent trend to include mini art books.

What would be better than the artbook? An artbook with all the back story!!
Not only from pulse, but from all the WO series!

I agree, previous game artwork is a must, but hoping for an artbook is unlikely given the limited following wipeout compared to other game series... Maybe HD can get some of that back...

Well I would have thought that the Oddworld games didn't do all that amazingly either given they ended up having to get out of the games business before finishing their plan and that series led to probably my favourite art book.

And if I don't have a PS3 for HD?
