I did a search, but didn't find anyone talking about this.
When you exit the game in the middle of a tournament, the progress is saved so you can continue later from the race you were on.
But, it does so without taking into account the AI difficulty you were playing on. Even if you started the tournament in, say, Medium AI, resuming would make them be Easy for the remaining tracks.
I noticed it today when I finished one in the phantom grid 3 and it showed "Best result: Gold (Easy)". I was like "WTF???"
I reproduced it with the next tournament on purpose, so it must indeed be a bug. Any other pilot can confirm it?
