Where's the furthest you have to get in Campaign before you unlock everything?

Topic question really. I can't be arsed to go through all the campaign so i'd really like to know. I just want to get TTing and beating some times on the rnakings!

I think its grid 12 the last one before the Phantom grids, unless you get stuff for completing them too I don't know I haven't tried them yet.
