That is for me go back to work tomorrow as a phase, which means as a part time till full time. That`s nearly seven months since I have been off work. Now, I`m a bit apprehensive go to work, so, I just work as a fourth year apprentice joinery to gain my confidence again.
More importantly, I will need to lose alot of my weight which I start my strict diet tomorrow and I want to concentrate my golf and of course Pulse too.;)
Other things, my family wants for me to write as a journal of my life, but I`ll think about it.
Wish me luck.

My best wishes for you, Stevie. I think writing a journal is a really good idea; I hope you do it even if you only set aside 5 minutes a day for it.

is the slimdown for work or for golf?
if it's for work, then you are much stronger willed than me.
if it's for golf, you enjoy that enough that it should be no trouble for you :)
good to see you taking steps back towards normality :)

Bad news, I had to go off sick and I will need counselling for my problems.
Personally, I`m really gutted by it and I am determined to keep going till I`m well enough.

stevie, I hope you've got a doctor watching you during weight reduction; you have to make sure not to get too extreme in methods and not in rate of reduction either. Be careful.

It's always better to eat abundant amounts of healthy foods as long as you exercise... eat as many healthy foods as you like, just don't go overboard in the ice cream and grease... ;) Best wishes...

Thank you guys for the support.
Too keep your minds at rest, I`m getting better with the diet, really cutting down alcohol drinks, rarely eats chocolates and trying to get exercise much as I can because I want to start practice golf after the new year as a new start, also I bought a new club to prepare for it.
Food stuff, I`m totally against greasely, like cooking on a frying pan:turd, not my thing :naughty, but my problem is I adores foods like vegetables.
My main problem is my mind which I`m trying to combat, so that`s why I do need counselling. Why?, because I has lost my bearings and focus which I do really want it back!
Food stuff, asa can explain the way I cook. ;)

It helps a hell lot if you've ever had a tough coach... just yelling at yourself in the back of your mind can get your bearing back. Swearing, all that stuff!! Because I used to have quite the hard boxing coaches, and I find their state if euphoria in the gym still helping me push myself a lot...
