The new PSP is supposed to have a "TV-out" thing.... Does that mean everything will come out pixelated on the television screen?

I can't be sure but I remember reading that it will be bordered so I don't think it will be pixelated. Ultimately you're blowing up something that was deigned to be seen on a screen just a few inches long but I reckon most PSP games will hold up well.

With this ram loading assist thingy - can this work on games already available? I would have thought that ability would need to be programmed into the actual game.

DT, yeah, it works with games that are already out.

Max, we have never confirmed a release date for Pulse, but I can tell you it's not going to be the 5th of September.

It wasn't lost on us that Pulse could be a launch title for the new PSP, although at that point we thought the changes to the hardware would be much more drastic - like a full PSP2 effort.

Turns out we'll miss the boat by a little bit, though - there are a couple of other games that'll beat us to the punch of being out before we hit the shelves. Still, I'll have a new PSP all ready for it when the game does arrive.

Yeah, but you also said it's not before the new PSP, thus, not before the 8th ;)

My cousin won a slim PSP for her workmanship but she will have to wait till it`s release but I`m hoping they don`t want it and I might get it cos they know I`m using my PSP alot! so there is a chance!

I've been watching this and it doesn't seem that hard. well it's not the ezst thing for sure.
I especially like the heroic music in the BG telling me you gotta have BIG balls to go thru with this! :D
if i do it it'd mostly for the chance to play with the ps controller.
but hey, it's been only 2 days i been playin pure so I might get used to it's D-pad!

Maybe they`ll release an external controller solution for the new PSP lite. I saw some "internet rumours" about this, but I think it`s unlikely. It would probably be a lot better than PSP2TV though, and not much more expensive if you sell your old PSP. That`s my plan anyway. :)
