Digital "Darwinia esque" landscape generator

Hey guys, I was reading a recent edition of "Edge" (at least I think it was Edge, I could be wrong) It talked about game design and mentioned a piece of software that generated landscapes that looked like they might have come from the game "Darwinia". The landscape would change by reacting to your internet surfing habits.

I've googled it everywhere, but I can't remember the name and really want to find it.

Any of you who read gaming magazines want to help me out?

I know about the land generator being used for test use by the Darwinia crew, just search on TIGSource (http://www.tigsource.com)for it. But a generator that changes based on surfing habits... that I don't know about.
