For those who are not following the Homebrew route, there is a new firmware update with a few new features...the best ones being.

You can now save your RSS feeds directly rather than stream them online.
The aac codec can now actually play aac files (I think, mabey m4a files too. Ill have to investigate that.)
Adobe flash player 6 has been added tot he web browser, meaning Joel Viech now has a psp audience...Huzzah!Also there is a demo of LocoRoco which can be downloaded from the here (http://www.jp.playstation.com/scej/title/locoroco/dl/trial_dl.html) - to be saved on your memory stick to play anytime. (The text is in japanese on the page and the game, but google can aid you there.)

Could the psp be on the way to relalising more of it's potenitial?

Happy gaming...

Why the hell Flash Player 6?
Not enough money for a decent license, Sony, huh?

I'll be downloading the Loco Roco demo soon. I have a feeling that 2.70 will be worth it for that alone. :)

I have a game that needs 2.4, and if I go that far I might as well make it fully up to date :P
