I need help - anyone who knows images/imaging

dear all,
sorry to dirty up the zone with my frankly personal litter but you are the right kind of people I need to speak to.
I have just discovered that my little girl cousin (13 yrs. old) has made a website with some shocking pictures on. To the best of my knowledge, they are getting wiped off the 'net as I type.
Among them was a picture of some graffiti sprayed onto a wall.
I need to know if, in your collective opinion, the image has been doctored or photoshopped....OR.... the picture is genuine.

If it is genuine then I need to find it and paint over it or something.

definitely looks like a doctored image to me too,
I take it that one of the names is your cousin?

I agree with the above two, it looks fake. The texture doesn't look very paint like.

yeah one of the names is my cousin's nickname/psuedonym.
I know she's just my cuz and I dont have any control over her but spraying graffiti would slightly annoy me to say the very least.

That K isn't fitting with the wall's angle, note how it doesn't bend where it should. definatly photoshopped
