Well, well, after reading how good some of you guys are on this, it makes me realise how crap i am!! Im actually kinda struggling to do Beta Tourny on Venom here!

Its not just about technique, skill has lots to do with it, so well done to all you's who have reached the higher classes, let alone finished it!!

Not to say i aint enjoying it, i LOOOOVE it. its 3 laps of sheer tension, but the feeling when you win, oh man!

Gaz.

If I wasn't soooo rusty, I'd say something realy harsh. But It's been a while since I played wipeout, so I hear ya, man.

When I started playing Pure, I was bumping into walls on Vector, and trying out Venom felt "way too fast" ;)

Aaaah, memories!!!

But seven short days ago I was the same, but hey it comes back, am not on par with those around here, but the flow is back, the flow that makes what seemed impossible easy, well easyish, (damn citta nuova), got all gold up to and including flash, well races and tourneys, and my goodness, what a game, my love has been rekindled.

Fair play to SL the only games, other than ridge racer and lumines, in the last month has been pure and F1 2005, but I have one slightly off topic point, SL if u read this make the AI in F1 bout 5 or 6 seconds a lap faster!!

I don't know if you noticed but a forum member called Hellfire has made a FAQ for pure that has a explains the best way to race each track. There is a sticky at the top of the pure forum index

That's really the best source of info and technical tips out there. You might also want to look up www.gamefaqs.com for the wipeout fusion section, Hellfire has a Zone guide there that contains some excellent tips on insane speed handling, very useful for high Zone scores or simply keeping it together in Phantom.
