Getting PAL Special Edition/Platinum Wipeout PS1 games in US

So where can I get the most packed version of the 3 Wipeouts on PS1, living in the US? Does only Wipeout 3 have a Special Edition version with extras in Europe or do the others (2097/XL and 1) have versions with extras too? Extras includes more music as well. Secondly, does this apply to the Saturn versions or Japanese versions as well? Thanks...

3 is the only one with an "SE" version
the platinum Wipeout had extra audio tracks that weren't on the initial release, I believe this was PAL regions only. the saturn version has audio tracks that are not on any other release.
2097 was the pal region's name for XL. the same version was sold globally. Saturn/PC/Mac/Amiga had different audio tracks to the PSX version (but the same as each other).
3 was released globally, 3se was only released in PAL territories
