It turns out that the new forums e-mail you every time a reply to your topic has been posted. This is both a pain in the ass and an unnecessary load on the server, not to mention your mailbox.
So, until I can find a way of turning it off by default, can you please turn this feature off by visiting your profile and disabling it.
