illegal pionts gained

After copleting track # 1 and 2 in first place some times in the pionts list it will
indicate that some one is ahead of me. douse this glitch effect you winning the game on Rapier class if you are not the current leader in the pionts run? Has this happened to any one else ?

I am going to have to watch this more closely if this has happened to anyone else please let me know hopefuly this was my own mentel error sorry fore the post if it was.
