old logos?

was playing wipeout64 on an emulator after a long time and noticed that the tracks use a mix of old logos and new ones... take a look at my file share for a picture described as "wipeout 64 old logo mystery". What's going on? I know there are areas where they used the 2097 logos. Did someone forget? Just feels like they couldn't be bothered..

They probably couldn't be bothered, those are def. the old w'o" 1 logos for Auricom and Feisar, in some weird colours too, Auricom should be red and Feisar blue on white... Hmm.

no the colours are correct, if you look at the front cover of wipeout 1 for playstation and PC, at the bottom they have the same colours.. shame really, it just feels a little inconsiderate to just slap some general wipeout logos in there
