Wip3out or Wipeout Fusion fansite kit

Do you know where a Wipeout Fusion or a Wip3out fansite kit?I have got the domain http://www.wipeoutchallenge.ath.cx and I have tried the wip3out promo pack, but it only comes up with a not found message :(
