Alca Vexus 1 Challenge

I haven't played this course enough so to encourage more play of this great track I have proposed that we make a challenge! :grin:

The rules are simple:

=>The absolute best time possible in a Race or Time Trial mode. Please state which time is which. Post your best time and edit your post whenever you better that time.
=>Damage Simulator is off.
=>100% upgrade of any craft can be used.
=>You must finish the race for the time to count. No Burnout laps, with you dying because of that Penetrator.
=>If you respawn at anytime during that lap, then either restart the race or wait about 5 or 10 seconds so that the respawn cheat will not be evident.
=>No cheats of any kind! Not even silly ships or animal ships!

Oh and do enter... even if this isn't your favourite course... it's the taking part that counts right? If you don't lke any of these rules then please state them before you enter! :smile:

Ok, here are my times - all done in time trial with 100% Pirahna:

Alca Vexus:
1.F-28:74 R-29:28
2.F-55:40 R-59:54
3.F-50:86 R-55:94

Alca Vexus has been the bane of my existence for the past few days. I'm finally getting it down though, I think.

Anyway...

30.53 seconds in Arcade Mode using Piranha/Tsarong 100%

Yes, the F and R stands for forward and reverse.

I haven't touched Fusion in like 2 months or something like that. I might dig it out to try and get a sub 30 second time though.

Never did get the game out. I just picked up Populous the Beginning for a measly £2 on budget. I'm playing eitehr that or Gran Turismo 3. I like GT3 so much in fact I'm gonna get me a Force Feedback Steering wheel just for it.
