The last Tunier from Elite campaign

In the last Duel turnier from Campain is the Speed from the Ai
very good.
The Standart Race is too slowly only this last Race from Elite Campain
is workable.
The Standart Race need faster Ai and a turnier Modus with free Track-chose.
In the Menü i cant Save the Justiering from Grafik,Controller, Sound ect.
Save this i cant, Save Bug?
The Game work on my PC and Laptop,
is this a Bug?
