Wipeout Pure Vita - Download Pack?

I've just downloaded Wipeout Pure on my Vita and I notice that there isn't the possibility to download the packs original released for it when on the PSP. Does this mean that the download packs are part of the Vita game I've just bought? Or, is it not possible to have the extra tracks/ tournaments downloaded on the Vita?

It's strange that the packs for Pulse are available, but not for Pure.

Anyone able to confirm this?

BTW this game plays awesome on the Vita! Controls much better with the analog (though I do find it hard to do the spin), and the slightly larger screen, although a tad pixellated, just looks gorgeous!
